In terraria there are many bosses and monsters and crafting recipes. There is something about this game which is different to most sandbox games, you have to actually "unlock" crafting recipes so i cant tell you how many items there are in the game but there are a lot. You can get NPC's to move it to your home if it is good enough and they will sell you things such as explosives,ammo for guns, and electrical stuff. The world you spawn in is randomly generated and is not to long but very deep. Underground you can find things such as, emeralds, diamonds, rubies, gold , silver , copper, demonite, and last but not least... Hell.
Hell is we're you will end up if you dig to far. This place is packed to the brim with monsters and lava. But also contains loot witch will guide you to defeating bosses. Some of the bosses in the game are: the wall of flesh, the dungeon guardian, the eye of ctiatution (or something like that) something that looks like a giant bunny rabbit ( but don't be fooled this thing is tougher than it looks)
